Place the charcoal disc on a fire-proof surface, away from flammable objects and light it. Please be aware that the charcoal may create sparkles when burning When igniting the charcoal discs, sufficient air flow needs to be ensured in order to make sure it is burning. You may open  your windows when it is burning as it gives off smoke. It will start to glow once it is done sparkling and this indicates that it is ready for adding the incense.

Keep the incense and charcoal out of reach of children. Please be cautious when igniting the charcoal disc and discarding the used ashes.
